Seasons Greetings from Graven Guild!
It’s been a while since our last update, but as the year draws to a close, now feels like the perfect time to catch you up on what we’ve been working on since wrapping up the final stretch goals from our first campaign.
As you might expect, most of our focus has been on creating the core tiles for our next campaign and planning for what lies ahead. We’re thrilled to share that significant progress has been made—over half of the core set is complete, and we’re on track to launch in Q1 2025.
This new campaign ventures into the desolate wastelands of a Grimdark universe. However, even if the Gothic sci-fi aesthetic isn’t your style, there’s plenty to love. In fact, 60% of the core tiles will feature terrain fully compatible with our previous fantasy releases, making them a perfect addition to your existing maps. These wasteland tiles introduce a unique and versatile new biome that works seamlessly across a variety of settings.

The Deepcore Excavator looms over the wasteland, its colossal drill suspended between twin spires, plunging relentlessly into the planet's crust. A central jet engine, flanked by smaller thrusters, forces the drill deeper as nearby buildings hum with power from a vast battery-engine hybrid.
Industrial pipes snake between structures, channelling resources to processing units. Below, an armoured vehicle hauls containers of spoil, combing through the earth for rare minerals and volatile compounds.
The air is thick with dust, the ground trembles, and the facility's unyielding hunger scars the land and its workers alike. It is a grim monument to humanity's will to conquer—and consume.

Missing Tiles?
Previously, we mentioned that a few tiles were missing from our existing sets - specifically, some road connections from the Starter Set and dock/land transitions for Epic Cities. While we originally planned to address these post-campaign, we’ve had to prioritize the new tiles, as other aspects of the upcoming campaign depend on their completion.
Rest assured, these missing tiles will be added in the new year, along with the updated tile guides that many of you have been asking for.
2025 and Beyond
Looking ahead, we’re excited to explore new opportunities and directions for our projects.
Campaigns
After the monumental effort that was Campaign 1, we’re looking to focus on smaller, more thematic campaigns moving forward. This approach will give us the flexibility to explore a broader range of settings and content. Our next campaign is planned for early 2025, and we’ll share more details as we get closer to launch.
Future Plans
We’re also exploring ways to create and share content more regularly, potentially giving our community more input into what we create. While we’re still ironing out the details, we’re excited about the possibilities this could bring.
Merchants
We’ve had many inquiries about opening up to new merchants, and we’re considering expanding availability as we roll out our next phase of projects. Stay tuned for updates!
